Baked from scratch, every single morning
OvenWhisk Delights started in 2016 with one oven, one mixer and a stubborn belief that a neighborhood bakery should taste like home. Today we are a small team of bakers turning out cakes, pastries and donuts for birthdays, weddings and ordinary Tuesdays.

From a home kitchen to the corner of Main Street
Our founder Maya Ortiz baked her first orders from a tiny apartment kitchen, delivering birthday cakes to friends of friends on the bus. When the bakery on the corner closed, she signed the lease the same week.
We still bake the way she did then: by hand, in small batches, with real butter and fruit from growers we know by name. The menu changes with the seasons, but the confetti cake has never left.
Three promises on every box
Simple rules we have baked by since day one.
Real ingredients
Butter, free-range eggs, seasonal fruit and vanilla we steep ourselves. No premixes, no shortcuts.
Small batches
We bake through the morning so the counter stays fresh. Anything left at closing goes to a local food rescue partner.
Made for celebrating
From a single cupcake to a three-tier wedding cake, every order gets the same care and a handwritten tag.
The people behind the counter
A small crew with flour on their aprons and strong opinions about buttercream.
Maya Ortiz
Maya trained in pastry before opening OvenWhisk. She still decorates every wedding cake herself.
Leo Park
Leo runs the 4 a.m. shift and the seasonal menu. The pistachio cupcake was his idea.
